      I brought a check that was given to me by a business I have dealt with before and they said they cannot cash it. They said the account had the funds in it but since the check was over “a certain amount” they could not cash it. Absolutely ridiculous that a bank would issue checks and refuse to honor them. They should not be allowed to have these kind of rules.

      I've been banking at this location for 10 years, the ladies are always friendly and work quickly to get the customers through the line. They're the quickest in the Tulsa area. If you want good customer service and to be treated well then please reflect that in how you treat the tellers.

      I applied for a checking account and was approved, receiving emails welcoming me. When we received our debit cards in the mail, we attempted to activate them and were told that our accounts had been closed due to suspected identify fraud, but no one had ever contacted us to verify. When asking customer service why this happened, they said they couldn't tell us and couldn't help us.

      Worst customer service possible! No acknowledge from the manager Ashley or anyone! I was wanting a wire transfer which means no business to them other than opening an account or investment accounts. I sugested having a Customer Service Rep that takes care business like this. Someone told me I needed to come back the next day because there was none available! Wao!! I need to look for another bank! Now the you have customers treat them good so you can retain them!

      Bank of America has been a pain in our butts BUT, we have had a positive experience with this branch. A few folks there (Jay and Katie specifically) have been so kind and extremely helpful in answering questions and walking us through different processes.

      Went to this location to open a new bank account and was there for like 5 minutes no hello, no how can I help you, and nobody even glanced my way to acknowledge me. So I left. I should have read the horrible reviews before driving up here.

      They always change hours for explained purpose. One day they open at 9, another at 10. They’ll be open Saturday mornings, then close the next weekend for no apparent reason. It’s too difficult to bank here!

      Worst customer service ever!!! Waited in line approx. 20 min. to cash a check that belonged to there bank (check was from one of there customers account) but I was sent to wait for a banker to verify the account that wait time was approx. 20 min. After being in this bank for waiting for 40 min approx. I was told they could cash the check but they were going to charge me $8 dollars to cash the check only because I didn’t have a checking or savings account with them! Whats frustrating is that I called the bank and asked specific questions before driving there only because they had bad reviews on google! I gave that bank a chance even after reading the reviews! People believe the reviews this bank is getting because it’s SO TRUE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

      Gave one star because it was the lowest available. Went into the bank Wednesday April 4, 2018 to pay a Bank America VISA card bill for my father-n-law of $1.90. I presented the teller two one dollar bills and I was told they could not accept cash without my drivers license. I know of no federal law that requires this. I don't know what is going on there but be sure that I would never recommend this bank or use them again. By the way he is canceling his card.

      In order to cash a simple $200 check from bank of America, i have to speak to a banker..... in the lobby to verify a check from them! This is because i don't have an account from here. I've been waiting 15 minutes and will be charged a 8 dollar fee
