  A mutual friend recommended Mortage Options of Texas and I recently refinanced my house with help from John and Nicole. They really are profesional and easy to work with. They kept me informed every step of the way, via texting, email and phone. John shopped for the best rate and explained in details my options and allowed me to make decision, based on my situation. Nicole communicated with me at least 2 times a week. I appreciate that they use secured portal to send/receive documents, instead of emailing. The whole process took approximately 3 weeks. On the day of closing, John even came to meet us at the title company, across town and helped explaining all the documents that we had to sign. Thank you, John and Nicole! You are the BEST. I highly recommend John and Nicole to everyone!

  Without John and Nicole, the process would've been much more stressful. The builder was giving us a hard time, but through this process, they worked our loan as if it were their own. Through the process, we were stress free and closed our loan with no issues! Their candor was what we needed to end strong! One year later, and hearing stories from other home buyers, I can say the stress level was more minimalized working with the MOOTX team. We're forever grateful and we Highly recommended them!

  John and his team were amazing! They worked extremely hard for us showing us multiple homes. They also showed us multiple financing options and helped us chose the best one available for us regardless of how much additional work it would mean for them.   Mortgage Options of Texas helped us close on a new build this week, and our opportunity to close on the first house we had built is largely due to Nicole Ford. We were asked to pay huge amount in earnest money, and Nicole cautioned me against it, but I chose to move ahead. Well, the road got a little rocky, and I honestly thought that money was long gone. However, I wasted that time that I worried because Nicole was relentless in this whole process. She dealt with me, the Leander’s, the builders, and even the title company, and she kept a unified and coherent line of communication progressing forward from deposit of the money to closing with the title company. When it was rocky, Nicole gave me confidence because she handled every situation, and I mean every situation, with grace and strength. Allow me to say thanks one more time, Nicole. You’re the best!
