  I know that a lot of people might think negatively towards a major national bank, but I have been doing business with Bank of America for over 20 years. They have always been there for me when I needed anything from regular transactions to help with our retirement funds. If you are a small business they also have what is called a "small business banker" who you can work with directly for your business needs. Thank you BOA!

  Needed a document notarized. Checked the website and even called ahead to make sure I brought everything I needed. Walked into the lobby and noticed there were no other customers. Score! Handed the document over and since it was my wife that actually needed the notarization, she provided her id. The rep asked if “we” had an account at the bank. I told her that I was the only one with the account and since the document was for my benefit, but needed her signature, it shouldn’t matter if she didn’t have an account. The rep then informs me that she can’t do it because it’s against....wait for it....bank policy. Never mind that I told her this form was a 401k rollover form, because I had just been laid off. Never mind that I offered to pay for the notarization. Never mind that I was the only one in the conversation floating solutions. It’s not like I was inconveniencing her or other customers...there were none. I ultimately went across the street to the UPS store where they gladly charged me $7 and had me in & out in 5 minutes. I hope they never find out they lost a customer over $7.

  Giving one star because of how early they close on Saturdays, which is my only day to do stuff that I need to do.

  I went into this location after dealing with a scammer. 1st, "Lucy", helped me set security alerts on my mobile banking app & gave other helpful suggestions. Then, as I was in the bank, an overdraft fee hit. Lucy was busy, so I spoke with Ryan Engelbrecht. Ryan was awesome! He corrected the issue while we discussed the pandemic, family, & just life in general. Ryan restored my account in just a few minutes and made the process not only painless, but pleasant. The ATM then gave me issues. Ryan came to the rescue again. Everyone at this location was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

  This branch of BOA in Pearland has always been my favorite. The wait time is minimal and the staff are always polite and helpful. I live near other branches but go out of my way to come here for my banking needs.

  My wife opened an account in this branch and they pretty much shut down afterwards. Plus her checking account keeps experiencing draws on it. Finally her credit card arrived with fraudulent charges before she used it. Apparently they have a lot of internal crooks robbing their customers.

  I scheduled an appointment online to speak with a banker about a car loan. I arrived for my appointment a few minutes early and waited for the banker to finish her previous appointment. Joyce Alaniz greeted me in the lobby and we proceeded to her office. Joyce was so incredibly helpful. She answered all of my questions, offered advice, and even help walk me through some steps of purchasing a financed vehicle. I even stopped at one point in our conversation to tell her thank you. A lot of my research was being reassured and the weightiness of the finance process was lifted because Joyce knew what she was talking about. Thank you Joyce for your help during this process! I hope you receive the recognition that you deserve!

  We recently moved here in Pearland so I was banking in this specific branch. The teller was very nice and the one who helped me deposit my cheques through the ATM machine. But its always a problem in this specific branch when you book an appointment with them its either its always late or you just have to cancel it since you have to wait for more than an hour. I went to the bank today and supposedly had an appointment at 11am and there’s another person waiting for 11am appointment also. If I had knew that this would happen again I shouldn’t have come back. I have a lot more important things to do aside from this. The Bank of America in Bay Area branch has always been perfect. They are very systematic and never had experience any delays during appointments. I thiut that the service would be the same but since we move here in pearland, been using this branch and it was so disappointing.

  Although they only had 1 teller working, 2 gentleman in suits were more than willing to help customers. This is definitely the best branch in the area! I couldn't believe the customer service I received here! Very friendly staff and willing to answer questions . I felt like I was at a credit union and not a bank.

  I had some rough patches to sew up and Joyce was there by my side the whole way! She helped me with everything I needed to do, as well as following up with me to make sure I am on the right track! She is an amazing lady
