  Tatiana and her team are amazing at what they do and provide such clear instructions , expectations and follow up questions . My experience with Regional Finance and with this team has helped me pay off my debts while improving my credit and payment history. I am extremely satisfied with Regional Finance.

  Tanya Olalde was all cute and attentive when I went in to get my loan. As soon as I called her needing her assistance on something. She had the audacity to speak over me and tell me that if I didn't have the contract infront of me she couldn't assist me. Never did I raise my voice at her, never did I treat her any different. All I said was I didn't understand nor agreed with what she was telling me. She didn't even bother to hear what I wanted to explain to her. So I went in and spoke to whoever the manager is there and proved exactly my point that they messed up on my loan. Tbh thats not even the worst part. Then Tanya had the nerve to walk behind me and speak to the manager in Spanish assuming that I wasn't going to understand her. You never talk about someone in front of them in a different language!!! Like that is hella rude!!! If she had something to share, she could of walked up and shared her thoughts in English. Worst mistake to had given her my business. I'm just so upset of how she dealt with the situation. Once I'm done with this never recommending and never going back!

  Took a friend to this location. Tanya Olalde, the young lady that helped her out was very pleasant. She was very helpful in every way that it made the process seem so simple. I was amazed at the knowledge/ level of expertise and customer service this young lady had. Will definitely be returning in the future for myself. Thank you for helping out.

  Best location hands down!!!! I had a horrible experience at another location, but thanks to Tanya I was able to get my loan. She gathers all the information possible and is ready to answer any question you have. Always with a smile and so neat not like some unprofessionally dressed woman in there.

  We pay for insurance on our loan incase if you get unemployment. I filed and submitted all documents to the emails provided on forms. As well as to the manager email back in May 2020. My husband's hours were cut due to the pandemic. However, the office has not communicated to corporate office. Now corporate is calling and is being very rude and heartless regarding the situation and also threatening to take further actions. Claiming they did not receive anything. 1) it is not the clients fault that someone dropped the ball in May 2020 and didn't approve or decline if we were approved for the insurance, now you are calling trying to force me to make payments. Very unorganized, unresponsive management, Natalie in corporate is very pasdive aggressive when speaking to a customer. Mind you its not us who have not been complaint. Stay away!!! From this place. Do not invest into the insurance. It's a scam.

  I love this location. They have excellent customer service and treat you like they’ve known you for years. I would definitely recommend this location, ask for Yolanda she’s awesome and she’ll take great care of you!

  I went into this location for a personal loan and this young lady by the name of Tatyana assisted me. She was very courteous and knowledgeable. I would most definitely recommend going to Regional Finance. Don’t forget to ask for Tatyana.
