  Jun was the one who was helping me with the mortgage for my first home and it was a smooth and easy process. He always has answers and follows up on the mortgage progress. I always heard how difficult and stressful it is to get the mortgage even from my cousin who recently bought a house too but I was surprised by how Jun and his group gave me no stress or hardship during the process of getting the mortgage out!   I contacted them to get refinance of my house. By the way, I used this company when I bought my house 2 years ago. They did great so I returned to them. As i said, they went every options with me and found the best refinance option for me. Always reachable and approachable to ask questions. It was another great experience with them. I absolutely recommend this company if you look for mortgage agent.

  From start to finish Jun and his team were there for us. This could have been an otherwise stressful situation with the seller's agent continuously following up asking for updates, but Jun remained very professional, timely, and was up front and forward about everything required for the process to run smoothly. Jun went above and beyond for us and I felt like we were in good hands the entire time. I also had received multiple offers from other lenders telling me to "lock now" to get the best rate, but Jun took a consultative approach, gave me his advice, and ultimately I ended up locking 0.5% below the other lender's rates. Whether you are a seasoned buyer or a first time homebuyer, I HIGHLY recommend using Jun for lending. My 2nd time using Jun and MortgageOne and they keep getting better!
