  Justin recently helped us refinance our mortgage. He is very thorough and incredibly responsive (sometimes he'd respond to our emails late at night, which we didn't expect but it just shows how dedicated he is to his clients).   Justin is amazing! When we were buying our second home, one of my friends highly recommended him to us. Justin was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He took time to explain the process to us and was patient with all of our questions. He also educated us on the different options we had so we could qualify for the lowest monthly payment. We had been talking to a few other lenders and he was able to offer us the lowest interest rate. While we were in escrow, we had some trouble with our realtor who was representing both the sellers and us. Justin gave us really good advice on how to continue in escrow to make sure our realtor was doing everything for our best interest. It was great having Justin on our side! Justin is the best and I would recommend him to all of my friends and family! I will definitely be contacting him in the future for all my home loan needs!

  I recently purchased a condo property this month with Justin as my mortgage broker. I opened the escrow with a major bank, but had to find new lender due to HOA issue. I reached various mortgage brokers, and they were not willing to take the case due to low possibility of getting approval.   Excellent service. I was refinancing through another company, but they were taking too long and wanted to charge us a large closing fee. One of our friends recommended Justin and we gave him a try.
