  I would like everyone to know what a great home loan experience I had with Denise Garcia. From reaching out to Denise with my first inquiry, then the quick pre-qualification, then loan initiation, she made the experience always positive. She never made any promises, but was in communication with me almost every day to tell me where we were in the process and to give me a head’s up for what information was needed next. I felt from the beginning that I could trust her with my messy numbers. She was there to help me get a loan not judge me. Her organizational skills along with her vast knowledge of the process helped me provide the correct paperwork from the beginning so she could submit clean documentation for the various reviews we had. I would highly recommend Denise. She made this process a very good experience. If getting a home loan could be fun, she would be the one to go through it with.

  Denise came in and rescued my clients' loan after being disappointed by a major bank right when we were supposed to remove all contingencies! The tireless efforts of her and her underwriting team got us to the close of escrow in under two weeks! In fact, they even came in on a Sunday to underwrite the file! In addition, she took the time to explain and hold my clients' proverbial hands after being saddened by the news from the previous lender. Thanks for everything Denise!
