  I bought a home 5 years ago. Doug Jones was instrumental in helping me get a mortgage at an excellent rate. He was available when even I needed him to navigate through the paperwork. He made a large decision of buying a home seem easy. I would definitely recommend Mortgage Magic to anyone who is buying a home. Doug knows how to get through all the situations. I used Doug's services again about 2 years ago, to sell my original home in San Jose. He also helped me buy a new home in Santa Clara, California. I highly recommend Doug and Mortgage Magic.   I just finished my ten tranactions with Mortgage Magic / Buyers Realty and I certainly recommend Doug Jones ( my loan broker and Realtor ) highly. This past month I sold, bought, and financed my new home. The entire Mortgage Magic and Buyers realty team were like family and helped me every step of the way. They even helped with part of the move. I say thank you to Trudy, Jean Marc, Kianna, Maria and Brian for making my move so easy. I am comfortable that now I am in my perfect home and if I ever buy a second home or investment property they will be the only company that I would ever consider using.

  I have known Doug Jones for many years, he is very professional and always looking out for the client's best interest. He and his team are organized, fast, and easy to work with. Our most recent experience involved an inherited home, an estate trust, and a refinance. We were already feeling a lot of stress due to the loss of a family member, but Doug set us at ease, worked the numbers, and instilled confidence that things were going to work out well. The process was fast, easy (much of it is done online), and stress free. Doug has a great sense of humor and really showed that he cared for us. The final loan terms were simply amazing. I highly recommend Mortgage Magic, there is nobody better.

I have worked with many different shops in the San Jose area and I can proudly say that Doug Jones and his Team are the most professional and caring team in the area. I Just wanted to say I was looking up mortgage brokers on yelp when my husband and I started this process in OCT. I found the company through yelp and decided to give them a try and make an appointment to discuss our options for a home loan. I called and spoke with Doug, he was so helpful and even agreed to meet with us on a Saturday since my husband and I work opposite shifts. We met with Doug and he explained everything to us in detail. We really had no idea how to get a loan... or how the buying process worked except for the research we did before the meeting. He explained so much more then we knew and answered every question we had and really made us feel comfortable moving forward with his company and the process of buying a home. He took us to see many homes and was wonderful during the offer/negotiation process. He got us a fair price and really bent over backwards making sure this would happen for the home we really wanted. If it wasn't for Doug I can honestly say we would not be in the home we are today. We moved into our home Dec 23rd. We also had the pleasure to work with Gloria and Marc through our process and they were outstanding as well. If we need anything in the future for mortgage needs we will only do business with this company. We had the best experience possible. They made buying a home as stress free as possible.
