  Thank you, Armen, for all of your incredible help! Armen came highly recommended by our real estate agent and everything she had to say about him was true. Knowledgeable, efficient, and communicative, Armen guided us every step of the way as first-time homebuyers. Armen answered all our questions (even the dumb ones!), gave us pointers on how gift funds worked, and continuously reworked the numbers for us each time things changed. Even after closing, Armen reminded us that he would follow up with us again in 6 months to let us know how our mortgage can be brought down. We are super thankful for Armen’s professionalism and care!
