  Went to purchase a Dewalt Nailer from Abe’s. They had an add on Craigslist. Went in this morning, purchased the nailer. Went home and found it does not work. Miss fires and causes jamming on every fire. Called and spoke to the manager. I was told as is no refunds. I explained that I bought it about two hours ago. They said I should of tested it. I explained that it’s a nail gun, no way to test it with out wood. He said as is and completely ripped me off! Worst experience ever, will never purchase from a pawn shop again! Thought it was a Craigslist add and got fooled. Do not, I repeat do not do business there! They will not honor their products they sell!

  Abe's Newhall Pawn Shop While we much appreciate customer input, rather have correct ones. Looking at your pictures you sent us on facebook you are using the wrong nails that are for a straight nailer,not angled strip nailer.

  They are great -- very responsive and timely. They made a complicated process simple, and got me a good rate. They were good at explaining things, and even had some thoughtful advice when I was contemplating what type of loan fixed rate term to get. I will look to them for future.

  Solid guys! I feel that they were very fair, and reasonable. I will certainly do business with them in the future, and will recommend them to others. Additionally, if you are in the market to purchase jewelry, tools, music equipment, or electronics, go see them first before you go out and pay retail. You can save money and find good, quality items at their shop.

  Does not even rate one star. Worst experience I have ever had in a pawn shop. Not only unprofessional(an understatement- when i was requesting owners name and number, politely, the moron said he would call police) and un knowledgeable, they are the worst kind of rip-off artists. They will give you half of what most pawn shops will for your items. Low rent ghetto rip-off artists. Abe as in honest Abe, lol

  Any 5 star review is from employees. Note "1 review" under each name. Not a respectable business, even by pawn shop standards. There's definitely something illegal going on here.

  Some of the prices are okay for buying... But good luck selling! They don't want anything unless they can make 200%+ on it... Pretty sorry pawn shop.

  I've has good and bad experiences here. Also take pictures of items before getting a loan and make sure to keep all paperwork.

  Very nice clean place with good manager in charge. Very easy to communicate. Merchandise actual condition is same as advertised. Would definitely come here back!

  I've found great deals here. Everything from motorcycle to hand tools. Great bargains for things like electronics, boats, RV, instruments,etc.

  Best pawn shop in the area they worked with me for a sawzall and a circle saw and they are decently priced I'll be a returning customer as frequent as my paycheck comes
