  Peter Cosfel helped me get my first ever home loan 8 years ago, and he just completed my first ever refinance today. He has been extremely professional and patient with answering my questions both times. I appreciated that he was able to quickly present me with a variety of loan options that would suite my needs, but then also give his recommendations based my financial goals. Everything he said he would do was accomplished, and usually slightly in my favor. It's nice to know that people like Peter and his Augusta Financial crew are out there that you can really trust with such important decisions. Thanks Peter!

  Peter is not just any loan officer, he takes a personal interest in his clients and works every angle possible to ensure you are happy with the loan that works for you. Additionally, he won't try and push you into a loan product that doesn't make sense, or is just too risky. He's refinanced my home twice and just recently worked the loan on a recent purchase. I don't bother calling anyone else when it comes to real estate loans, Pete is the real deal!

  I was SO apprehensive taking the initial steps of deciding to move forward with a reverse mortgage. Peter was a champ, and the rest of his team was as well . They were professional, communicative and answered all of my questions. Made the process *almost* easy (admittedly, any kind of mortgage work can be dry and cumbersome). It took time but we finally settled. I TRUST Peter, and have already referred a couple of people his way
