  WORDS CANNOT EXPRESS OUR GRATITUDE !! Two other mortgage companies told my son he couldn't qualify for a home loan because he was too young, didn't have enough credit history (BLAH, BLAH, BLAH)..Lisa took all of his financial info and after reviewing it all she asked him for 3 very simple things that he was able to get back to her within 48 hours. He filled out his loan application on Jan. 25 and HE CLOSED ON FEB. 19. THAT'S RIGHT - he closed on the purchase of his FIRST HOME in 25 DAYS...I know that doesn't always happen but I would bet a paycheck of mine that Lisa and her team work that diligently on every loan they have. Having been a REALTOR for many years I can tell you I have seen buyers encountered massive issues - he had none!!! Call them whenever you need a mortgage - you will not be disappointed !!!

  My experience with everyone at Mortgage Investors Group and every aspect of the purchase of my home in Knoxville was exceptional. It went very smoothly and was done in a fast and efficient manner. Any questions I had were answered and Lisa and her group were patient and understanding. I was afraid that because I was in California things might be more complicated but that wasn't the case at all. Everything was wonderful and I would definitely recommend them and use them again for the purchase of another property.

  This office is absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Lisa, Suzanne and their team in the midst of a rather unpleasant and and stressful experience with another mortgage lender. If we could do it all over again we would have started with this office. They are super responsive, quick and efficient, and some of the kindest and most professional people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. If you are looking for a company to work with for your mortgage use this office and you will not be disappointed.

  We already had spoken to a Mortgage Company which we felt okay about to get our pre-qualification and pre-approval. When we were looking at houses and finally decided on one through our Real Estate brokers (The Southbound Group) they had recommended we reach out to Lisa Wiles at MIG. Normally I don’t usually go with recommendations from a company to another, but we were having such a good experience with The Southbound Group that we decided to reach out to Lisa. I am super happy we did, from the very beginning it just felt different. For me I think buying a home has to be a pleasurable experience – it’s just such a huge deal!! This was our first home – and my wife and I were already expecting a child so we just had that much additional stress. Lisa from the get go felt more like someone that genuinely cared about making this the least painful and actually enjoyable experience we had. Her candor was very refreshing. Like we would definitely hang out with her outside of buying a house – and to top it all off she is really good and what she does, she gave us so many options explained everything so clearly and it really felt like she was doing us a service instead of just trying to get us to buy a house to make money. She really made it feel like she had our best interests at heart – didn’t pressure us whatsoever. After deciding on the loan and the home – the entire process from start to finish felt absolutely seamless. Lisa really has a great team with her – Tascha helped us gather all of our documents and ensure everything was in order and Amber even helped when someone was unavailable for a brief moment. The communication was spot on – like we’d ask a question and if we didn’t have the answer right away it was like minutes later. I know who we will be using in the future for any home buying loans – we would recommend MIG and Lisa a million times over and in fact I’ve already recommended her and MIG to several of my friends looking to buy homes. Honestly Lisa and team thank you all so very much for helping out – Absolutely appreciative.

  Lisa Wiles did an amazing job of providing a five star professional service to qualify me for a low interest loan and to assist with all closing requirements during the difficult time of conducting business to comply with COVID-19 distancing rules and reduced business operations. Lisa and her staff were able to coordinate all my mortgage document preparations while I was under travel restrictions in Virginia using an electronic document signature process. I was amazed at how well the mortgage approval and closing process occurred. By following all the guidance I received from Lisa I was able to close on my home without any interruptions or glitches during the entire process. I will be using Lisa's services again in the future when I buy more homes in the Pigeon Forge area as I consider her to be a part of my team for building my real estate business over the next several years.

  Buying a home is stressful, but I'm very glad I went with MIG. I tried using my bank first, but they were so slow getting back to my emails that I tried MIG. They made the loan process super simple. Within a day I was further along than 2 weeks with my bank. Suzanne helped me through every step, kept me updated the whole time, and answered all of my calls anytime I had questions.

  This is the best mortgage lender in town. Becky, Jessi, and their team made buying our dream house on the fly (during a pandemic, no less) easy, quick, and stress-free. Becky Price is efficient, details-oriented, and fun to work with. I'd recommend MIG Downtown to anyone!
