  I sent 21st an email about not receiving a new payment book for 2020 over this past weekend. Courtney responded this morning advising that one had been sent out on 1/2, but she had ordered another one for me. The response to my email was very quick and handled as I expected! Thanks Courtney!

  Rea Reardon in the 21st mortgage Insurance Department was extremely helpful, and quick to find answers to my question's, and sending any information that I needed to help my customer's. I have had a great experience with all 21st Mortgage employee's, no matter the Department!

  After 2 months of trying to track down payment from a non profit during pandemic and finding acct number written on check incorrectly. I am happy to say Adam collected info forwarded it to finance to put in my account. Thank you so much!

  I love 21st Mortgage. In my line of business, selling Manufacturered Homes, I deal with them regularly. Cody Beeks is so amazing to work with and he always helps me get my customers in a new home very quickly and efficiently! Murray Sinclair is another loan originator that I work with. Anytime I need help on a loan, I know that I can call him and he’s eager to help, and problem solve with me. Thanks for all you do! Heather Duncan is such a joy to deal with. She helps with the funding docs and such. Always friendly and completely knowledgeable, and so willing and eager to help get these customers closed, funded, and in their new home. Elizabeth Wei is a complete Rockstar!!! Easy to work with, super friendly, knowledgeable, and she gets the job done! She is our Marketing Manger, and couldn’t or wouldn’t ask or want anyone else! Anytime I need anything, she’s right there!

  Staff is friendly and helpful Hannah Thompson was amazing and helped me get information quickly and thoroughly explained things I asked her about. She also noticed I was driving while talking to her so she took the initiative to email me all the information without me asking her to.
