  I visit this Branch several times a week. The employees are always cheerful and make me feel very welcome. My banking transactions are handled efficiently and quickly. They are very helpful and I enjoy banking with them.

  I do business with the First Bank on Summit Hill Dr. twice a week and I have a wonderful experience every single time. They are friendly, kind and helpful! They go above and beyond. I highly recommend doing your banking there

  I have done banking with several companies in the past. Once I found Firstbank, I closed the other accounts. The service is always exceptional, and several of them know me by name. Susan at this location is especially great. I haven't dealt with the mortgage team, but the banking team is Incredible. I Highly recommend FirstBank if you are looking to open a new account. You won't regret it.

  YOUR GETTING A 1 STAR DUE TO UR TRASHY AUTOMATED SYSTEM. PRESS 2 TO LEAVE A VOICEMAIL JUST FOR THE DUMB FEN THING TO SAY WE DID NOT UNDERSTAND YOUR RESPONES. THIS BANK IS TRASH THER AUTOMATIED SYSTEM IS TRASH. CHANGE MY MIND!!!!

  FirstBank has handled our business banking for many years and has always provided excellent service to meet our companies changing financial needs. Their conscientious staff is always a phone call away and able to give us the answers and support we need to make our best financial decision. Specifically, Nathaniel Shelso, our personal banker helped us navigate the PPP (Payroll Protection Program) in 2020 and was so informative which eased our worries and those of our employees during a brief shutdown in the Spring. if you are looking for a banking relationship with a bank that will value your business as much as you do, look to FirstBank! I promise you’ll be glad you did.

  They have raised my Mortgage payment. I have been giving the run around, no good explanation, They had my home insurance canceled, and put their own insurance on which made my mortgage go up to 1,100 a month, talking about my escrow is in the negative for 2,670 dollars. I have called, email, and no one can tell me why. They have not contact me about this issue. This is bad business. I hate this mortgage company.

  Absolutely horrible professionalism. I was hired by this company for the collections department. They did a credit check, background check, and even took my fingerprints only to rescind the job 2 days before I was supposed to start. The worst part is, they didn't even give an explanation as to why. They initially said there was a freeze on the position. Then, I was told by the staffing agency I was going through that they did not want to "move further in the hiring process" and would not give her specific details. Keep in mind, I quit 2 other jobs in order to start this job. I look at it as a blessing in disguise. If they would treat me this way before I even started, I can only imagine how they treat their employees.

  I am a small business owner and have used First Bank (formerly Clayton Bank) for about 8 years. The service has been impecable. My banker, Matt Keany is always there for me with advice or help with banking solutions. Highly recommend.
