  Josh was incredible to work with on getting a mortgage. My first appraisal with another company came in 20k short, and so I reached out to Josh to get another appraisal done. Josh was able to step in and close the loan in under 3 weeks, saving me 20k out of pocket. I ended up with a lower rate too.

  Josh Brown with Mortgage HQ is the best! We were working with another loan officer from a larger company who gave us the run around on our refinance for 3 months. Josh had us all squared away with our refinance in just a couple weeks. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, quick to respond, and made refinancing an easy experience.
