  I've known Shaun for a long time but this was the first time I've worked with him professionally. Not only was he quick about getting information out, he was patient with me and provided about a half a dozen options when I couldn't decide which way to go. He was able to explain things in a way that made sense to me, made all the arrangements for everything so I didn't have to worry about doing anything but showing up to closing. Beyond his professional abilities, Shaun really went above and beyond with his personal touches... cookies delivered to our home, a gift basket at closing, hand written notes, and just the other day another gift showed up in the mail just to say thank you. I wouldn't hesitate to use Shaun in the future and would gladly recommend him to anyone needing assistance with buying or refinancing a home... you won't get better service or a more personal experience anywhere else!

  We couldn’t have asked for a better loan officer than Shaun. He did more than just answer questions, he went above and beyond when explaining the different options we had. He made sure there were no surprises and that we knew what to expect. We’ll be using Shaun again in the future.
