  I'd give less than 1 star if I could. I Went in with my wife and 3 kids to find a vehicle. Salesman was less than happy yo help, when we loaded everyone up to test drive the salesman said we couldnt test drive anywhere but the 2 mile predetermined route on the highway. I told him we would take back to dealer if that was the case. Never heard from them, guess my $15k wasn't enough for them. We did NOT ask to test drive to mesquite, I wanted to drive north 2 or 3 exits and the salesman said NO. just your CYOA response says enough. Nothing about OUR experience was gracious or accommodating. You are not a company that values your customers. Buy at your own risk!!

  We’re sorry we weren’t able to accommodate your request to test drive it to Mesquite and back (45 mins one way) with our only available salesman with you. You never heard back from us because you blew out of here without giving us any of your contact information after getting mad at not being allowed a 1.5 to 2 hour test drive with a salesman. You were however offered a 20-30 min test drive, and if you needed to inspect the vehicle further before making a decision... we would have graciously accommodated that request with a little heads up and scheduling.

  Go somewhere else! Anywhere else! They say whatever they need to, to make the deal happen! Refuse to follow through with anything! The car had a broken touch screen, they promised to take care of it and have it fixed. Until it was time to fix it! I was told to have it replaced on my own! They even said they would fill the gas tank! (Pretty standard practice)- when I took it in to have their GPS installed, they were too busy to fill the tank! LoL--- Do your homework! I sure wish I had! Absolutely horrible customer service! Too bad! Wanted everyone to know that Chris did attempt to remedy the poor customer service and situation with the "lies about promising to fix the issues with the car they sold me!" Turns out, all I need to do is take 3 days off work, sit in their shop 2-3 hours per visit (since I don't have a ride to leave & apparently the used car lot won't allow you to borrow one for the 2-3 hour window!). They might at that time be willing and or able to fix the issues! Maybe! LoL.. What a joke! He basically said too bad so sad! We are done working with you! Don't deal with these guys! Sure sorry I did! Can't wait to find out that the basic tune ups and inspections weren't actually performed either! 👎

  Kevin was so helpful to us, we had no car and in a bad financial situation, he not only was able to get us into a car we need and liked, but payments we can afford. Thank you elite auto, we will definitely send businesses your way.

  I would like to thank Clinton Oneal for the great service that he provided to Robin and I, own our car purchase from Elite Auto, he stated to us that he would find a car for her, and make sure everything was worked out. This man kept his word to us and delivered the car to us personally, I commend him on his work and the fact that he stood on his word, great job very much appreciated, Thank you very much and keep up the good work!!!!!

  Pake Rockhill gave us excellent service. He brought several cars directly to our house so my wife could look at them and conveniently brought paperwork to our house for signing. Customer service in person and over the phone was very professional and hassle free.

  In short, would I do business again or recommend this company to a friend or family member? Absolutely. Now if you want to read through my expierence with Elite Auto Credit feel free to do so below. I was actually trying to get a loan from another auto credit company I had used several times in the past, for unknown reasons they would not return my calls. I was driving to work one day and heard the Elite Auto Credit commercial. I went online filed out there online approval. I browsed their inventory for awhile, found a truck that fit my needs and gave them a call. My truck was gone!!!!!! This salesman, Pake, asked me if I would like for him to search for a vehicle for me, I said yes thinking that would be that. A short while later I get this call, it's Pake, he thinks he's found a truck for me. Pake text some pics to me, this whole interaction has take place via online, text and phone up to this point mind you. I love the truck and give the go ahead. There were a couple loans still showing on my credit so proof of pay off is needed. Again via text, I send verification to Pake. I get approved, and at a much lower interest rate than my other guy would've gotten me. Pake goes all the way up north to pick up my truck and bring it back. I go to pick it up and it's Been detailed and they even filled up the tank. I know this is a long review but I feel these guys deserve it. Pake went way above and beyond what I'm used to getting from loan companies. I felt like I was his main priority. Thank you to Pake and Elite Auto Credit, I love the truck.

  The guys at this place are some stand up guys. I have bought three vehicles from Jared Sellers, it has been some of the best experiences that I have ever had. They make you fill at home they do not leave an question not answered. I would recommend any body to go to their lot and see what they can do for you.

  Me and my husband just got a proved for a car after he was in a bad accident and no one else would approve him, Shawn and Clinton did an amazing job at getting him approved and having the car delivered to him which is amazing if you go here ask for Shawn! He's the best!

  Bought a 2016 fusion hybrid last month and the car has been great. Mitch was the salesman and he was great answered all my questions and even delivered the car to me in Las Vegas.
