  After working with several people who seemed to have very little interest in helping us work towards financing, Jared went above and beyond to help us make our dreams come true. He was able to explain everything to us, quickly responded to any questions and did alot of the leg work making the process as simple as possible. 20/10 would recommend!

  HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mortgage City! Great experience all around. I worked with Bobby specifically and he was very helpful throughout the whole process.   This was my first time buying a home. Made everything about the home buying process so much easier. I worked with Aj, he was amazing! Always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had. He was very informative on what was needed and what to expect in the process. I couldn't have done this without his assistance. If you are looking for a Lender I highly recommend.

  Genna Elkins was so amazing to work with! Not only was she personable, friendly, and caring, she was professional. She always made time for all of our questions and had our loan approved in no time!   Bobby was awesome during my Refinance! I was thinking about refinancing for quite some time, but wasn’t sure if I could with my grant from MSHDA. Bobby did so much leg work to get all the right information and got me a great deal that I couldn’t pass up. They made things so easy to send them info securely and even got my closing at a convenient time and place! I was approved and ready for close in under 2 weeks and ALL my questions were answered during the whole process!

  I had the pleasure of working with Jared Lincoln and Alex Foster. I am not one to typically write reviews, but this experience was so great I thought I should share. Not only did they close my loan in 14 days, but they always picked up their phone, responded to my emails within an hour, and even would text me back when they were not at work! I value great client service and this Mortgage City company sure knows how to provide excellent client service. I will refer everyone I know to them and would hope you do the same.
