  Wish I could give 100 stars. Michail and his staff are simply the best mortgage professionals in the industry. Super fast and responsive. My wife and I thought we had no chance of closing on this home due to a previous lender’s mistake . We switched to Michail and we were able to close in less than 3 weeks.

  My last mortgage was done by a big well known commercial bank. So corporate and impersonal was the vibe, they made me feel like I was just number. Michial and his team at Ready Rate were recommended to me by a friend and it was a completely different experience. They were informative, personable and got back to me quickly when I had questions. Basically what you’d expect as good customer service, then then some. I would gladly work with them again.

  Michial, the owner, and his assistant Jennifer were both AMAZING to work with! Not only did I get a better rate than expected, but they were super responsive and helpful.
