  From my first call all the way thru the process Corey’s (and all staff with whom I interacted) made me feel like I was his only or number one client. The responses & attentiveness were spot on. I kind of want to go out and buy another property, that’s how organized, efficient & easy it was! And I’ve NEVER found dealing with bankers or mortgage brokers fun. I have already and will continue to recommend Corey; EXCELLENT experience- Thanks a million (maybe more next time 😜😜)!

  Jennifer Fanning was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and a consummate professional. Having never gone through the mortgage process before I was a little anxious.   This is our 2nd home purchase with Waterstone Mortage within the last 5 years. Corey Johnson and his team made it possible and effortless even during this crazy buying frenzy. We closed in less than 30 days (which made the deal very attractive to the seller) and without paying over appraised value! It’s all about the personalized service that made the difference for us. Every email was responded to and every question answered. I highly recommend Corey Johnson and his team to anyone that wants a successful purchase.

  Jennifer is amazing. She went above and beyond several time to make sure that we got our home. She always answered all my questions in a timely manor and gave me strait forward answers. Our situation is a bit odd and many people didn't want to help us. Jennifer didn't even bat an eye and just got to work to make it happen. We closed on time with no hiccups what else can you ask for!! Thanks Jennifer!!

  Luis did an excellent job communicating with me throughout the house buying process. He came up with several options that fit what I was looking for and then guided me with any questions I had. His rates were the BEST I’ve seen throughout several different mortgage brokers. With his help and guidance I was able to get the house I’ve always dreamed of in an affordable way.   Corey and his team did a fantastic job in the process of getting my first home. He took out the time to explain and answer and questions I had. I didn’t feel rush or like this was just a transaction. Buying my first home is something huge and I wanted to understand every detail that was in the process which Corey help me do so.
