  Evan McDonough is hands down the best in the industry. He has done many transactions for my family. Every time we have needed a loan, he and his team have gotten them done quicker than I have ever seen. He is great at coming up with solutions and finding the most fitting programs for each situation; whether it be a purchase or refinance. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, hard working and a man of integrity. We will never use anyone else! (This is coming from someone that worked in the mortgage industry for several years)

  I don't write very many reviews, but I was so impressed with the service from Family Mortgage that I had to share this with everyone. I've had several mortgages previously, and they were always stressful -- especially as the loan commitment date approached. With Evan and his team at Family Mortgage, there was no stress at all. Megan made the entire process super easy, and was a joy to work with. Not only was it easy, it was actually fun. Their online document transfer system is easy to use, and Megan did all the work for me. Family Mortgage keeps you informed every step of the way. They had me approved and ready to close well before the loan commitment date, and there were absolutely no surprises in the Closing Statement. If you want to take the stress out of getting a mortgage, have confidence that you will meet your loan commitment date, and have a smooth closing with no surprises, then go with Family Mortgage.

  Of all the times in my life where I have obtained a mortgage, I have never had such exceptional service as I received from Sean De Pasquale...he went over and above to make sure I got the best rate and that the payment was exactly where I needed it to be...he is both professional and down to earth and I knew from day one I was in good hands.
