  Andrea is an amazing REALTOR! I was always wary about Realtors in general because most in Miami tend to be lazy and they push you into market prices. Andrea was the exact opposite. She sat with me at her office and we went through all the listings for luxury condos in Edgewater. She was transparent and let me see her screen with the MLS. I know some realtors don't like to do this because they hide the listings that pay little commission but she actually showed me everything available. And when it came to finding my condo, we put in like 10 different offers and she ended up helping me save thousands of dollars when I rented mine thanks to her negotiating with the listing agent. I highly recommend Andrea as both a notary and realtor, and I am very excited for her future as a lawyer as well. Thanks Andrea for all the hard work! I love my view from the balcony!!
