Everyone on their staff was responsive, helpful, and made my work finding documents as easy as it could be. They are professional and results oriented.   Sandra was absolutely amazing. My husband and I needed to use a VA loan to buy our dream condo. Not only did Sandra get us the best rate compared with the many other lenders we looked into, but she facilitated approving our Condo Association for a VA Loan. Other companies provided me with a massive list of documents I needed to obtain and submit to the VA, but Sandra handled EVERYTHING for us. Upon finding out what was needed to approve a condo association for the VA, we thought there was a 10% chance of everything actually working out, but Sandra got everything approved quickly, and with no effort on our part. I am also self-employed, so that added an extra layer of trickiness to navigate through! She is truly a miracle worker, and we absolutely would not have been able to close on our condo without her. Highly recommend.
