  We just recently went through Iconic mortgage Corp for a refinance of our home. Michael Valencia was helpful at every turn. When there were hiccups Michael was there to get them resolved and if he himself couldn't he directed me to who could. I always appreciated the upfront and honest way the company was with me. I also like that they have the multi-platform of communication. Phone call, email, text depending on your preferences. If I had a question at 3am, I could text him and he would call me back when he got in. I hope if I ever need to do other financial decisions regarding my home loan to go through Iconic then!

  I used Iconic mortgage to refinance my house. The process was easy and low stress. The only reason I left a star off was because, towards the end, the rep I worked with was not as responsive as I would have liked. Once I mentioned that, it was not a problem again.

  My refinance with Iconic went great, My Lender Nathan Schirmer was the best he was very professional he kept me in the loop everything he said would happen, happened and when he said it would. I didn’t have to chase him. All involved including closing attorney were quite courteous patient and had answers to my every question.
