  This company was absolutely professional knowledgeable and compassionate. Diane T was the Broker that closed my loan. It was a pleasure working with her from start to finish she was very detailed so it was a smooth transaction to close the loan in 26 days. Purchasing a house can be Scary but she took all the fear out of it and walk me through each step of the way Thank you

  This is an ongoing relationship. I have a credit restoration company, The Oasis Firm. We work with many Mortgage companies to help their denied prospect get a better score so they can qualify. Mortgage Biz is our preferred lender because of the attentiveness and open line communication they provide. Any client we generate on our own that'd like to purchase a home, at the end of the process we refer to our point of contact Nadia who takes care of them. I highly recommend them. Even sent my father in law to them and he said that's his best experience even though that was the third house he purchased.

  Great experience from start to finish. It took another company (loancare/newRez Liam) 8 months to finish my loan and they still did not finish. When I came to Diane with my issues she sprung into action and my loan was closed within a few weeks. Diane is always professional and ensures that I get the best deal possible. I will never work with another company so long as Diane is around to assist me in my financing needs!
