  The hours online say they're open on saturday and "Confirmed by business 3 days ago". Take the drive there and the door is locked and the sign says "closed on Saturdays"

  Saturday 10 am. On website says it is open until 1 pm. No way, not even the drive thru window was opened. Waist of time.

  The wait is very long. Also they show online and on the doors that they open at 9am but that's a lie. The lobby doesn't open until 2pm. So if you need to speak with a banker or get something notarized at the bank do not go until 2pm and expect to spend the rest of your day there.

  We were assisted by Pierre in sorting out our accounts and he was wonderful! Our appointment was on time and he went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this bank branch and highly recommend Pierre in assisting you!

  Unfortunately I have to come to this Bank of America every Saturday and every time I come, there are over 15 customers waiting in line and only one or two tellers who work at their leisure. It is the worst experience I have ever encountered at Bank of America. You would think that if there was this much business on the weekends that they would make sure to accommodate their customers by having AT LEAST three tellers working.

  Is their website their phone number all state they are open at this location from 9 AM to 1 PM on Saturday like the rest of Bank of America inc of america it is a total failure... Customer service is just as useless as the institution itself itself

  I drove all the way here to make a deposit at 11 am. I was told by security there are no employees working and they would hopefully show up in the next 20 to 25 minutes.
