  My Customer Service Rep is Carol. From day one she has done everything to make this a great experience. When I have had questions or reservations about anything she has done everything to ease my mind. Has offered help when I was up in arms and didn't know what to do. Has done a wonderful job in negotiating my accounts. If for whatever reason Carol couldn't help me, she either found out the answer or found someone for me to contact. She has a wealth of information and she is always willing to pass that on. Carol and your team of negotiators are the greatest. I will be happy to recommend your company.   Client Relations Specialist, Carol Trigueno was a pleasure to work with. Carol guided me throughout my entire process with CDHA. I was very nervous about CDHA and didn't trust the program. Carol was very helpful and always assured me that everything will work out. Today, I'm debt free and my credit score is on the rise! After my experience with Carol, I even recommended a friend to CDHA and a $100 check was sent to me for the referral. After I officially graduated from the program, I called to check on Carol when a hurricane was causing major damage in Florida. I don't make that call if I didn't have a great relationship with Carol and CDHA. Thanks again!

  They helped us get out of credit card debt caused by health issues. We would not have been able to do it without them. They were there with what to do, what not to do, moral support and a shoulder when needed. Awesome people to work with and support you through such a trying time. Love these folks!!

  Customer Service at Consumer Debt Help: My wife and I wanted to thank Consumer Debt Help for the fine job they did in helping us through a very bad patch of bad luck where we got somewhat overextended on our credit cards and needed some wise and helpful organization to show us the way out. Consumer Debt Help was our answer as they analyzed our situation and recommended a path for us to take to get all our cards paid off within 36 months at a substantial discount to what was owed on the cards. Their legal team worked with our creditors to find a fair amount they would take instead of the full owed amount...Then they explained to us how the resultant figure could be paid off over a shorter time and for less money than we would have been looking at if we stayed just paying the cards down and absorbing the interest rate that was being charged at the time... So, thank you Consumer Debt Help for your wisdom and service that you accorded us during our journey...Now we are credit card free and the two cards that I now use are always paid up at the end of the month....Plus, since the old cards were paid in full, my credit score jumped up about 30 points...   I would recommend Consumer Debit Help to anyone who is in over their heads with debt. They told me exactly what to expect before we started and called me quite often to make sure I was happy with the service and knew all that was going on with my account.
