  I highly recommend Josh Tapp he is a very professional yet personable lender. He made sure to assess my personal and financial goals from the beginning! He is very knowledgeable and makes sure to explain the process very thoroughly. We are first time home buyers and I couldn't believe how smooth Josh made the whole process- before I knew it escrow was closed, all my goals were met and we were finally in our dream house. I cannot recommend him enough! I have nothing but amazing things to say about him and the company he represents. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. Josh knows what he is doing and whats even better- he enjoys what he does. He is not pushy and really wants whats best for you and your family which is a quality not all lenders have.

  We refinanced with Jake Kurtz. Jake is very friendly and very easy to work with. Any questions we had were answered quickly. Jake made the time to make sure we understood every step in the process and he got us a fantastic interest rate. We would use him again in a heartbeat and are recommending him to all of our friends!

  Josh was very personable, in fact everyone in the office was the same way. The loan process was streamlined and if I needed help, Josh was a phone call or a text away. People seem to forget how a good line of communication is very important. Josh was awesome at it. That helped this whole loan process remain a positive experience . I could not have been happier with the outcome.

  They made it incredibly simple to complete my refinance. Everything was done electronically. Josh was brilliant at keeping me informed of timeframes and what was needed from me and when. Couldn't recommend any more than I do. Great company and great people.
