  David Boliard with Costal Pacific Mortgage is a Rock star. I would not anyone other than David for all of my mortgage loan needs. He is very thorough and will help you in the loop every step of the process. He also has a great team that is very polite and knowledgeable and are able to answer your questions if David is unavailable at the moment. The next home I purchase I will use David. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family. He is the absolute best.

  David is a true professional, extremely knowledgeable and exceptionally responsive. There wasn't a time when I called when he didn't answer the phone and have the answer to my question, even if it was something that I didn't wan to hear. I was buying my 5th home, so I have some experience with the process. Of all of the brokers that I have worked with in the past, and there have been some good ones, David is far and away the best. The transaction went smoothly for the most part, but when things got rough, as they always do, David responded quickly and got the deal back on track. David will be my first call the next time I need a mortgage and he is the only mortgage broker that I will refer my friends and family to. You can't go wrong with David Boliard and his team!

  I was a first time home buyer trying to close on my house while in the middle of finals for graduate school and working in healthcare during the pandemic. It would have been impossible to close on the house if it were not for David's assistance. David helped me find additional ways to get my interest rate lower, that no other finance officer mentioned when I was shopping around for lenders. He saved me thousands of dollars in the long run. Additionally, he connected me to an insurance agent that helped find me great insurance that was still affordable despite discovering my roof was quite old during inspections.
