Phillip Chung5I am beyond satisfied with Citrus Heights Patelco I love the atmosphere very welcoming , the staff are very professional and hardworking , I been to other Patelco credit unions I would usually have to pay in cash , the receptionist Logan very helpful and nice gentleman he assisted me took care of my loan transaction and explain I can enroll in online banking transaction loan, I had no idea , I am very satisfied he explain and assisted me with my future transactions.

Ciera McClain1Worst bank ever to deal with! Calls us every month saying our payments aren't made even though they have came out of our bank account! Will never do business here again I don't care how low their rates may be. Horrible 5 year experience!

California Sun Bear1I will be trying to see if I can get another bank as soon as possible. I notice there are several complaints about the manager Crickett (Not Surprised). She notified my after losing my card the amount of times I would be charged and if it continues It could result in the termination of my account. She talked down to me like I was her child, every time I've encountered her she's been extremely rude and unprofessional and seems to forget how to treat customers. I am currently working on closing my account and moving to another bank. It will be 100% because of this manager. Totally unprofessional and has 0 people skills. I'd never thought I would be a type of customer that would complain but Crickett you've driven me to it.

Jenny Rinker5From the first time we visited just to ask questions about rates and requirements for joining, the customer service has been great. We left our other CU after being with them for a decade because though they weren't terrible, they weren't great. We visited some other CUs and didn't like the feel of our interactions with them or the need for appointments to get started. We returned with our necessary documents and opened our new checking and money market savings. We are SO glad that we did! It's only been a month and I already enjoy banking with Patelco more than anyone else. Even took our 4 kids in later and they started their own money market savings accounts so now they are earning 3% too. I recommend Patelco and the staff in Citrus Heights to anyone looking to make a change. A special thanks to Jennifer L. for her assistance and advice on our accounts and plans for buying a home next year!

Milan B1Will be taking all of my money out and move it to another credit union. Customer service is horrible and the Manager is rude and disrespectful. I just came in to do a quick deposit and I had questions regarding my IRA, the Manager immediately raised her voice at me and just stared at her screen. Told me that it was their policy etc, which I understand but it still didn't give her the right to speak to me that way. I would like this review to go to upper management, a person that has no customer skills shouldn't be a Manager. It's the blonde gal that sits in the very back corner.

Kalee Davis1Wish their hours would be more suitable for people with full-time jobs. Closing at 4 is unreal and not being open on the weekends. I understand the uncertain times right now but every other bank is open.

Meeshalin Productions1I've been a member for 15 years, I use another bank as my main bank and plan to take my and my sons savings to Safe. This Patelco location has terrible customer service. One incident of many - I got a 'fake' check in the mail 9 years ago, I brought it to this location to ask if it was real or fake, they treated me like a criminal and were VERY rude as if i tried to cash it or pull a fast one. I only wanted to make sure it wasn't real, then asked them to shred it. I won a TV through Samsung 5 years ago, it came by mail broken, they sent me a check for $4,000 to purchase one. I tried to deposit the check and Patelco refused! I went straight to the bank that was on the check, cashed the check, came straight back and had Patelco deposit it into my main bank! I had my then 10 year son with me, was a perfect time to teach him how NOT to treat people!

But if your mind is already made up then we’ll understand. However, if you could at least allow us the opportunity to look into these matters further, we can find out why things turned out the way that they did and perhaps provide you with a better explanation than what was given to you at that time. We’ll have to check the notes on your account during that time. One thing I can share with you is the increase in counterfeit checks over the years has unfortunately made us overly cautious. Mary Holmes1I have been a Member since 1993, and have always felt welcomed coming into the Sunrise Branch. Up until when their staff changed, the teller line is constantly backed up. They'll just shout 'hello' at me when I come in the door without even looking up. Last week when I came in, I wanted to talk to a Manager regarding my accounts and loan. I sat in the lobby for at least 10 minutes before she even acknowledged me. She was on her phone talking about her child and how needy her members are ( I should have just walked out then) When she finally asked me to come to her desk, I've already felt an annoyance in her voice. Cricket (manager) was very condescending towards me, I felt like she was verbally attacking me. Will NEVER go back to that branch again.

Dehliaa5This has been my bank for 8 years now. I started with the Bank most state works used because it was across the street from where I worked, the Capitol on L Street in Sacramento, then I moved to the Bay area and Patelco provided more as a grad student in Berkely. No, I moved back to the area to help my parents, this one branch, it's manager, staff are a better feel for me.

LaSasha Jackson1The manger Cricket is the absolute WORSE she talks about members when the leave the branch. She talks about her personal life out loud to other staff, while members are present in the bank. She doesn't help her security guards out at all. Her customer services is horrible to say the least, and seeing the other reviews im not the only person who thinks so! Jeslyn, Avah, Drew, Alissa and Jen from up stairs are all absolutely amazing staff an I wish them well! I wouldnt recommend this branch at all. Try the Elk Grove or Folsom locations! Or only talk with the tellers I named.
