      I was having problems with my insurance rates rising and called to see why. I was treated very rudely and was misinfomed about how we can manage our policies. I Believe that I was not being quoted the best quotes. I was being told I had to do things a certain way that ened up raising my rates substantually. After checking around I found a much cheaper rate without the additions that I was told were mandatory, and I was treated with much more respect as a consumer. We go to these brokers so that they can find us the CHEAPEST rates. As a result of the way we were treated here. I canceled my insurance on my truck. My girlffriend which was all a part of this canceled her car and homeowners iinsurance and I am getting ready to chance motorcycle over also even though it is payed in full. :(
