  Us as black people should really start taking in consideration we are making the enemy rich take your dollars out of this Bank and create a bank of your own so when it's time to get a loan you're not systematically discriminated against. It's plenty of money in there let's see how much they let you get on commercial or consumer very little if any!!!🪖🫀🧠🩸🚘🚙🛻🚐🏎️🚗

  Worked with me and understood my reasons for switching was an easy process. Plus they helped me lower my monthly car payments which is a major plus. That and their very close to where I live so much more convenient as well.

  Went to deposit my wife's check and they had this new guy up there that didn't know what he was doing and I deposit and get cash back out of our account every other week to pay our bills but this time I couldn't do this the clerk didn't know what he was doing so they made me leave because I got all upset because he couldn't take care of handle.but when I always go to the other location it always have handle my business with care. The new black guy needs more training he shouldn't be behind the clerk desk if he don't know what he's doing if he got to ask questions and find the manager he needs more training. Especially when I'm the primary account holder.

  Veridian is my go to for banking. The staff at this one has been helping me for years now and they always take good care of me. The staff here makes banking with veridian a pleasure every time.

  I'm not sure who takes care of the hours of operation on google? But it is highly frustrating when you go to a bank for their drive thru and they don't have one. Then you go to another bank that does not say it has a drive thru and it does? Can you please post the drive thru on here? I know the hours are the same because I drove by and it was closed at 8am. Just stating that there is a drive thru is extremely helpful

  They are very professional and offer good rates and great hours. I was in a bit of a bind 4 years ago, and one of their managers helped me come up with a plan to sort it out.

  The tellers are so slow, I believe they have IQ's in the negative digits. They have went as far as depositing my checks into someone elses account.

  Just there with my wife who was trying to sign a check over to me. They claimed they couldn't do it and tried making me pay over draft fees on a different account that isn't even in my name. Useless B's.

  Doesn't send out phone calls, letters, or emails to let you know your behind on payment ( I thought I was all cought up on my auto loan payments) but will send you out a letter saying your car is up for repossession (which the letter dates 12-2-19 and I didn't receive it tell 12-10-19 and they give you only 10 days sense the letter was sent not then you receive it) and when you call they say there's nothing they can do for you when I told them I could get it all cought up by the end of the month but they are not willing to work with you at all what so ever even though I guess I'm a month and a half behind on my loan.
