  Deery Motors was very helpful, I called upon a new 3500 Ram, the salesman James Bratcher searched multiple dealerships finding me 6 or more trucks that fit my needs, he called down to Iowa City and had the truck delivered to Waterloo . Saving us from driving down to get it. Sales team was helpful and courtesy, and Polite , I will definitely continue doing business with Deery Motors, Thank you for the great service.

  Michelle had a strong knowledge of the vehicles we looked at. She was very personable and easy to talk with. Michelle took extra time to walk us through all the options and went above and beyond in working with us. Michelle seems to take great pride in helping customers find the perfect car for them. I will be referring anybody I know who is looking for a vehicle to her and I will be back in the spring to purchase my new truck.

  Our sales person was Vicki Butler. She was just great. No pressure tactics, no rushing us, honest facts. She took alot of time to try and determine what was causing an odd little noise. Vicki was friendly and accommodating along with being professional. We are glad she was the one to help us buy our car!

  Words can't fully explain just how amazing our experience was!! I called them this morning hoping I could get put in a older van, with under 150k miles. I had 4k down, and horrible credit. I was thinking I could MAYBE be approved for a 5k loan. I figured they would run my credit, ruin it, ask for a cosigner, and tell me I needed to double my down payment. Terry is AMAZING, though. I am still in shock that I drove away in a 2016 Town & Country with less than 37k, and my payments less than 500!! The car is so much nicer than our older car. I was able able to call him at about 10am, and drive away at 6pm. We spent less than an hour at the dealership. They had everything taken care of and clearly put on paper for us when we got there. We have been tricked by dealerships before, but this dealership seems to be the real deal. Terry was very upfront and worked some AMAZING magic to get us in a much better car!!

  We had a great experience here! Max was our salesman. Nice down to earth guy, would recommend him. Great Information given. Tour of the building. Who we need to get into contact with and when our next oil changes and ect. I’m a visual person and need to see things written down. I’m a note taker Question giver as we go. We bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Couldn’t be anymore happier with what we got! Thanks Max!

  Avoid service department if you can. If you're not one of their regulars or bodies they will charge extra, probably twice they promised. Also being experienced crooks, they will send you different people to tell you the extra charges after they did the work, so they can say "I didn't know" I'll drive to another city rather then deal with these crooks.

We also require our staff to obtain customer approval before performing the work.
