  I can't say anyone ever really looks forward to car repairs, but it's always nice when an unexpected trip in for service is quick, easy and less money than you expected. That's exactly what I experienced when I brought my wife's car in for a rattling noise under the hood. Because I'd heard many good things about Morrie's Mazda I figured I'd bring our Toyota Highlander there for service. Now I'll be honest, a Mazda dealer isn't the first place you'd think to bring a Toyota for service, but Morrie's proved that they're more than equipped to handle a broad range of repairs across makes and models. Diego and team diagnosed the problem as a bad water pump and completed the repair quicker than expected. To top it off the cost came in lower than I expected. I certainly can't complain about that. In fact I'll be telling other people I know about the great experience at Morrie's.

  I had a really good experience at this dealer. Ben answered my questions quickly, was low pressure, understood and respected where I was in the buying process. They had a good selection and had the most attractive deals on new Mazda'a that the other dealerships did not. While I ultimately didn't buy my car from this dealer it was just a matter of timing and luck on another dealer having a better deal. I will definitely make an effort to check this dealer out next time I'm in the market for a car.

  I'm always hesitant with car dealerships. They have a bad wrap of being dishonest and trying to get as much profit as they can. Morrie's seemed to defy that preconception for me, and everyone was very friendly. I worked with Jordan, and really enjoyed my experience with him. I am just being honest here though, if you ever put a deposit down, MAKE SURE YOU GET IT BACK. Apparently it is not out of the norm for them to manage to get by without either putting the deposit back on your card or taking the deposit out of the price of the car. I put my deposit down 2 days before purchasing my car, and somewhere between my salesman, Jordan, and the finance manager, Justin, there was a miscommunication. I double checked my own accounting a couple weeks after purchasing and realized the $500 from the deposit was no where to be found. I contacted them immediately and they did end up sending me a check. I am just concerned about how often this happens, as Justin said it does happen often.

  I had a great experience at the dealership. The environment is nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and professional. All my concerns and questions are taken care of promptly. Buy happy indeed!

  I was looking for a car with good gas mileage, heated leather seats, nav system and a host of other must haves. Then, I wanted it in Navy with tan interior. Barb B, the (awesome) sales manager, invited me to try out the Mazda RX5. I was apprehensive at first - didn't want to be sold on something I really didn't want. When I got to Morrie's Mazda in Minnetonka, Curt B. greeted me with his friendly and easy going manner. He was very knowledgeable of all of the features and this car had absolutely everything on my wish list, including a fair price. They even had it in my color! I got exactly what I wanted without searching any farther than a few miles from my home. Curt introduced me to the service team and showed me where to go for service and free car washes. I just know that I will continue to receive the royal treatment in the future. My experience was ideal. I tend to put off buying a car because I really don't enjoy the process and time it takes. The process was smooth and easy at Morrie's. My advice is to go there FIRST. You don't need to shop any further. Be sure to ask for Curt, too. You will be very HAPPY!

  Great experience at Morrie's. We are service time leasers and would come back again. Friendly staff and no bs. Only very minor consideration was that it was quite busy on a Saturday.

  The crew at Morrie's Mazda were quick to help & surprisingly had the vehicle I preferred & were able to get me approved with keys in my hands the same day. Joshua McCaffrey was one of the best sales represenatives I've encountered, he didn't beat around the bush or try to get me into something I didn't desire, he asked what type of car I had & what I wanted to see myself in, I expect a long friendship with Morrie's Mazda.

  Jordan Lyga and Brian Swan were extremely helpful in making my experience stress free and enjoyable. I was on the search to purchase my first car on my own since graduating college so I was very nervous and not too knowledgeable. I went to numerous dealers but what lead me to picking Morrie's Mazda was how friendly and genuine the staff is there and how they don't pressure you. I've had my Mazda 3 for almost a week and love it! I'm very happy with my decision and highly recommend going here for your next car needs

  I purchased my Nissan in December 2014. My purchase experience was great with my agent, Danny Troung. He listened to what I was looking for and found me a used vehicle that met my needs. We also added a service contract which has already paid for itself by covering unexpected repairs needed for my car.

  I was a first time car buyer and the team at Morrie's made an experience I was nervous about a total breeze. The whole staff was frienldy and my personal sales person was Ben Anderson. He was great and did an awesome job helping me finding the perfect car for me! They didnt have the exact model and color I wanted at the Minnetonka location, but were more than happy to drive one over from a different dealership. 10/10 would recommend!
