      Banks are one of the most essential services, yet Wells Fargo feels they do not need to have their Lobby open, hours are shorter and staffing is short handed. No personal service and long drive thru lines, just when you think the Wells Fargo experience could not get any worse it has.

      This is the worse experience of any Wells Fargo. Tellers that are incompetent and ask for them anger who also is unprofessional. Corporate need to monitor this branch and it’s management. Primarily Staci Smith. Walk across the street and use US Bank.

      Just got off the phone with a supposed manager at the Ridgedale Branch named Stacie.. Never in my professional life have I been treated so disrespectfully. I have banked at Wells (or under previous names for) for nearly 50 years. We have numerous accounts, mortgage, safety deposit boxes etc etc. All accounts will now be moved to another smaller and more user friendly bank. I wish that mattered to Wells Fargo because it used to when my family members were board members and personal bankers were actually service oriented.

      No wonder the Bank rating is 2.5. The bank representative gave me a hard copy (AKA) CUSTOMIZE SUMMARY form as wells as took electronic signature stating that my AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS WERE ON for MY CREDIT CARD, and today I am hit DELINQUENCY on my CREDIT, it took 8+ years to build a credit score and it can be RUIN with a single mistake, and the mistake is done by THIS BANK REPRESENTATIVE. I am closing my accounts including my business account, Now I may not BUY my HOUSE because of the DELINQUENCY on my CREDIT FYI, I am just a common man, Wells Fargo is one of the top 5 banks in the USA, and they don't care about me and I am no way match to them, all I can do you is to HELP YOU, so you can read my review. PEACE!

      Terrible customer service, I ended leaving and going to another Wells Fargo location because they didn’t seem interested in helping me out at all. They just told me to go online. When I asked if I could wait to sit down with a banker to answer my questions, the teller seemed confused and kept telling me to go online. They were no help at all.

      I use this branch for my business and personal banking. Malcom and Christian are great to work with. In the past I have had a few issues with Wells Fargo, but since I have had the pleasure of these two working with me, the worries are over. Both actually return phone calls and really go to work for the customer. If you want true customer service these are your go to guys. Today I had the branch Manager come out and thank me for banking with Wells Fargo.

      Charged $7.50 to cash a Wells Fargo check at Wells Fargo? How do banks get away with it? When I bring in a check for $150 I expect $150! Not $142 This is NOT honoring your checks. You're stealing from people. Also from your customers because if your customers check for 150 is only worth 142 then where is the difference going? Easy answer: To you. And all your branch manager can say is "well, then maybe you should open an account with us". Lmao! Seriously?! That's like a little boy beating you up for lunch money and telling you that if you kindly hand it over he won't have to take it. $7.50 could have been a big mac and fries. Wells Fargo...we want our lunch money!!

      One of the greatest Wells Fargo locations in the country. I enjoy visiting this location because the crew are just amazing. I opened couple account there including bussiness account. The easiest and the most fun i had in a bank. And that is every time i visit. These guys, along with their talented, welcoming, multicultural, funny manager, Greg, will make sure you leave there feeling like you left home. Keep up the good work guys. Btw, thank you soo much Nancy for helping me with all of my banking issues and requirements. You are great.

      Understaffed and slow. 2PM on a tuesday I had to wait 30mins to get a withdraw from savings. It looked as though the cars behind me were in for an even longer wait. Only 1 teller working drive through for 3 stations (trying their best). Everyone is having to deal with new complications, but this is a failure beyond anything that would excuse.

      Horrible experience with this Asian teller. They assume you're trying to do check fraud just because of how you look. Managers are also very rude and stand next to the tellers like I'm going to do something. They treat you so badly. I'm definitely going to close my accounts. Their behavior is disgusting.
