  Joe was the BEST to work with. He quickly worked on helping us to get qualified to submit an offer on a house we might easily have missed out on. He worked with us through all the necessary steps, and kept up with our progress through to closing, and after. He’s a pleasant guy, highly experienced, and completely professional. Lisa worked tirelessly to help us overcome all the obstacles of the self-employed. She was always available to talk out what was happening, how to proceed, and made it easy and secure to get our many documents submitted. I think we were not an easy account, but she went to bat for us on several occasions. I will miss our long chats, now that our loan is closed. You can't go wrong with these two helpful, motivated professionals.

  Joe Morningstar worked through the worst closing nightmare ever to get me to close that my Realtor, Joe and myself had ever seen. And I'm retired from real estate sales of 25+ years, Joe more than 30 years. But Joe stayed with it and kept reassuring me we could get to the closing table even though none of us had seen such crazy issues come up all along the way. I have already recommended two friends to work with Joe. Thanks Joe.

  We were moving to Florida and we wanted to try a mortgage company close to our new home. We landed upon Joe Morningstar. He was awesome. He explained all the details of the mortgage, he allowed us to call anytime with questions, he showed up at the closing to ensure all went well. He is very hardworking and wants to ensure all goes well. He is one of the best mortgage people we have ever worked with. You will be getting a trustworthy, helpful, caring mortgage person. We are so glad we used his services and plan to use his services only in the future. Your getting a very a knowledgeable mortgage person and he gets things done quickly.   Morningstar mortgage was great at helping us through the process of purchasing our new home at the end of May '21. Joe has years of knowledge that he uses to guide you comfortably through the process of obtaining a loan for a new home. He will answer any questions you have and makes himself available for you. Overall it was a pleasure working with Joe and the Morningstar mortgage team. Hopefully we've found our forever home, but if we ever need to buy again, ill be contacting Joe again.

  Joe, from our family, we thank you very much for all your hard work and such a wonderful and exciting experience during the entire process of buying the house for my mother-in-law!!! By far the BEST service we've ever had. This was a great experience! I’ve been through this process in getting a mortgage more than few times, and let me tell you Joe is the only loan originator who was there every step of the way. Walked us through everything and answered all of our phone calls and emails promptly (there was a lot). Joe can get your file to a closing table in less than two weeks, yes this is not a typo, LESS THAN 2 WEEKS. I would never think that it was possible. Not to mention the lowest possible rate we got. Made us feel like we we’re his most important clients, so rare today to be treated like that. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, caring and positive - truly a pleasure to work with! He went above and beyond our expectations. Most of us will run for the lowest rate, but the the most important is who will be able to get your file to a closing table. Based on my previous experience, I would rather get a slightly higher rate and get a professional like Joe to process my file and send it to the right bank.

  We had such a positive experience with Joe over the entire time of obtaining our mortgage. He explained the process clearly to us and made it almost painless! Joe did what he said he would do and found us the best rate. Lisa Oglesby, our loan processor, was excellent as well. They are both true professionals.

  Definitely a great experience with Morningstar Mortgage! They meant what they said and said what the meant! Their team was very knowledgeable and attentive. Got the job done quickly with a very competitive rate. I appreciate their efforts and dedication! I was really surprised to see Mr Morningstar at my closing. Talk about dedication!   Joe and his staff helped us and made our mortgage seem like an easy process, even though there were some challenges along the way. He also completed our mortgage in a timely fashion and with an awesome interest rate that our own bank couldn’t touch. My daughter used Joe for her house a few years ago. Now I know why she spoke so highly of him. Because, Joe gets it done! Thanks Joe.

  Just can’t say enough good things about morning star Mortgage we just refinanced our thirty year mortgage to a fifteen year mortgage. If anyone is thinking about refinancing your home I highly recommend Joe Morningstar. Joe worked very hard to get us the best rate he could possibly get.
