Brionna Pratt5Noticed my tire pressure in my air was low the last two days. I was worried that I had something in it because we had recently filled them. They are the intro tires so I was worried this was going to cost! I called Anthony and he said bring it up let’s see what we can do. Without and appointment he had me in and out within an hour! If you have any needs or wanting to buy a car go to Anthony!!

Jordan Parsley3Overall a good first experience purchasing our first new vehicle, Kia Telluride S. Did have one issue with misinformation put in the system by finance here that did cause additional delays, but not a big deal. Rylan Berthold was an excellent salesmen and this would’ve received 5 stars if not for the mishap mentioned prior. updated on 10/11/21 shortly after purchasing the vehicle I noticed that the bumper was not laying flush. When taking it in for the first oil change I asked them to take a look at it and after the oil change was done they told me it was fixed. This was not the case. At the second service appointment I told them the same thing and kia service then said that it was because I had "damaged" the bumper, there was a superficial scratch which was not there when taking it into the service department. They informed me that they would forward my complaint to a service manager and I would here back from them shortly after making the comment "Is it really that big of a deal". It took 3 weeks to ever hear back from anyone and when they did call they said they would forward it to Kia manufacturer and call me back shortly. Again another 3 weeks went by without hearing from anyone. Eventually we heard from Rachel who called on a Firday evening asking if we could drop the vehicle off on Monday 10/4 at 4pm and if we would need a rental. We agreed to drop it off and requested a rental. When dropping the vehicle off the person who checked me in had no clue about the rental and thought they were doing a paint job. No communication at all. Wednesday 10/6 comes around with no word on when we will get the vehicle back, my wife called and spoke with Rachel who stated we don't have an update were very busy please be patient with us I will have a better idea tomorrow. No follow up phone call the following day. My wife called on Saturday 10/9 and spoke with Rachel again and she stated that the vehicle was done at an autobody shop as of 4pm yesterday but they didn't have anyone to pick it up and they would call us Monday when it was ready. At 1pm a week later we still have not heard from any one, again my wife called and asked when we could pick it up but Rachel stated that 1 tire has low tire pressure and she would call us after they looked at the tire. I'm not sure why there has been no communication at all and why it has taken months to fix a simple problem but we are very disappointed in the quality of service. Hoping we actually get a call when our vehicle is ready and we don't have to call to find out it's been ready. Worked with the Service Manager Jason, who met me at my office to look at the vehicle. He found what the problem may be and he is working to correct today.

John Kromer5We had a great experience with Nick Troncone when we visited on Wednesday. My wife was looking for a Telluride and from the initial approach Nick was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. We never felt pressured or as if he were trying to sell us something. He listened to what we were looking to accomplish and explained the difference between the Telluride and the Sorrento. He gave us space to test drive both vehicles and discuss with each other the one that best met our needs. If you are shopping for a Kia, you owe it to yourself to ask for Nick. One of the very best car salesman I have dealt with and I have bought a lot of cars during my time. The finance manager, Adrialys Estevez also deserves a shout out as she was professional and very pleasant to work with as well. All around a great experience.
