  I just refinanced with Montezuma Mortgage & Daniel was 1st rate! He worked to find me an excellent rate at the lowest closing costs. As the process proceeded, he was extremely helpful & always responded quickly to any questions I had along the way. The closing was by far the easiest & most automatic of any I have done.   Simply put, we had an amazing experience with Montezuma Mortgage. Daniel and his team were extremely responsive, professional, and committed to supporting us through the entire refinancing process. We had a few setbacks during our refi due to a title issue. Even though it was not his responsibility, Daniel kindly walked us through the process and also helped out when we needed to find a new insurance company at the last minute. If you need any help in the mortgage arena, call these guys! You couldn’t ask for a better team!

  I want to thank both Daniel & Sean for all their excellent help with getting my new home. They were with me from the start of my search, thru my 3 different homes, that I might have thought would work, to the final house I purchased.   Daniel is amazing to work with! He kept me informed through every step of the process. I really felt he was committed to my best interests and secured the best loan possible for my family and I.   I called Montezuma Mortgage on Friday and Daniel had three options for me to look at by that afternoon. He made one adjustment and got it back to me within minutes. We started the application process on Monday and we closed exactly two weeks later. He's thorough, responsive and really knowledgeable about mortgages and finances in general. I'd definitely will do business again with him.
