Vectra Bank - Cortez Reviews

ALICIA ADISON1I work for a company that requires calling to verify funds regarding checks we receive via clients. I called the 800 # to verify funds and Tenica the representative was extremely unprofessional, sighing like she was put out and rude. I gave her all of the clients info. to verify funds and after I gave her all of the info. she then claimed that "Vectra bank reserves the right to not give verbal confirmation of avail . funds" and then hung up on me. Not acceptable, you need to do better folks , there of lots of banking options in your community and surrounding . If you want to retain customers, I suggest you service them professionally.

diane adelson5Have been with this bank for 25 years. Had a disagreement with them @ one point but stayed with them because their staff is so friendly, competent and helpful. They helped me with an internet problem that I had with a scam company that got my debit card info and was taking money out of my account. They called the company and questioned them. It ended with the bank paying me back and the company paying as well . Money was returned to the bank . There were several occasions like this. I'm very loyal to them because they've always been very loyal to me. I've been a customer with many different banks around the world and this one is the best.
Response from the ownerThank you for the great review Diane, we're happy to have you as a customer!

Alexiss cordova1This bank is the most unprofessional, unmotivated bank I've ever deal with. If you happen to get a home loan through them be prepared for a unfriendly staff who doesn't get anything done on time or right. I would never recommend this bank to a single person. Susan Steven is the women I had the displeasure of dealing with and she didn't get anything done on time and had an attitude the entire time. And john apparently doesn't care if the coustmers are treated poorly or when his team makes several mistakes. Worst company I've ever dealt with.
