  I own Montezuma Mortgage and I use Mon-Do any time that I can. They are responsive, great with communication and always work quickly. Their fees are reasonable and the closers are accommodating.

  Mon Do Title Co. was very organized and prepared at the closing. Because of Covid-19 we had to do a curb side closing which went smoothly and was done with the up most professionalism. Great experience!

  Mon Do Title is always great to work with the Realtors® and my clients. This closing was not necessarily hard but did require communication and they did an excellent job of that as always.

  When we purchased our house in September of 2015, the sellers chose this title company. My husband and I would not recommend this title company to anyone. We arrived a few minutes late, and the documents for our closing still were not printed. We had to wait about 20 minutes just for our documents to print. Once they were printed, our closer barely explained what we were signing, just instructed us where to sign. We noticed that one of the documents had the wrong names typed under our signature lines. The closer just had us cross them out and write our own names. They also messed up our water tap transfer application. They combined my first name with the sellers last name. Since we didn't see this until our first bill, we had to go in to the water company ourselves and sign a new water tap transfer. Overall, this title company was just not on top of things the way they should be.
