Willamette Valley Painting and Construction1The most unprofessional waist of my time ever ! In a time of obvious emergency I am asked to not email documents but stand at a glass window like a prisoner with a keyboard and mouse accessible to me and the monitor on opposite side of glass as if I’m a danger to the screen. And told I needed to print multiple documents consisting of multiple pages with a computer that doesn’t even allow photos or documents to be viewed with the settings on the computer . So I was ignored by staff while I’m made to waist over 2 hours figuring out how to print documents I already emailed with a online application 2times. Let me remind you I’m not a computer person I work in construction. I am a Buisness owner from oregon in a state I’m not from at 5pm waisting critical hours only to be told after the teller throws out 99.9% of the documents I was asked to provide. She looks at one page of my 2021 tax returns says I’m not sure I can use them? (Most recent ones just filed last week?) she sees my company generated over $352,000 income and seeing as I had no start up loans no assisted and paid for all payroll and taxes out of my own pocket and we generously made donations and gave away labor throughout our first year. We happen to show a loss in profits. .. she takes 2 min to look at the document and says since this number is a negative we won’t be able to loan you the $300 to get home your asking for!!! Wow how unprofessional and outright embarrassing and rude! Not able to explain to me as why she came to that conclusion. I’m sure every company in the first year well 99% show a loss. And I’m sure money tree Itself has outrageous unnecessary purchases every year at the end of tax season in order to right off profits as to not have to pay taxes!! I’m highly disappointed and appalled at the lack of understanding or professionalism they show here! If your doing good and seem to be able to afford the loans and interest offered your turned down but if you look as though you might struggle or default, your offered is the max!! I will never return and never Refer anyone to this establishment. I would recommend spending your time somewhere else where they actually care about your situation and spend quality time to help you through the process instead of letting you waste valuable time in a time emergency.

Mimi Banks1SCAM!!! My boyfriend went to this place to cash a check, the man who was servicing him tried to charge him 50% of what the total amount of the check was. The check amount was $1,200, the man told him if he cashed it there he would be leaving with $600. People really have no decency even when running a business!

Justin Parigen5LOVE THESE GUYS!!!!! I have been a customer with them for 2 months now. I do mobile banking and receive my payment in handwritten payroll checks. Its cheaper to cash the check with them then deposit thru Walgreens etc than it is to JUST cash the check at the bank my company banks with. The Staff is very professional and courteous! They have been real solid too lately considering i lost some documents and the state of nevada takes forever to mail you your identification... Love these guys!!!! cant stress enough!

Katia Brasil1For a while I was happy with the service at this location until I paid once with my credit card and they didn't tell me that it would go in as a cash advance. They don't even have a display saying that it would go in that way. I have been paying cash advance fee for the longest time until I pay off my credit card. Second time the same manager I went to pay my loan and it was a hollyday on thanksgiving I was paying a week early but two days passing the 7 days because they were closed on thanksgiving. They charged me the full fee. After what they did to me with my credit card I think the correct thing to do was give me the credit for these days. I have paid double in fees on my credit card for what I had borrowed. When I complained to a manager - same one as before she offered me a 20 gift card to Starbucks. REALLY!!!!???lolol

Alysia Marie3Employees are very professional and nice, only downfall I can actually say is that they only take cash for money orders and they don’t have an atm within the facility. I asked if I can take out money and they said I couldn’t that I had to go to the bank or somewhere that withdrawals cash. It just baffles me because this is a MONEY CENTER and never heard of any other place that does this but ok.

winnie walks1Called same branch the day after i got loan to close out completely. I was told i need to call customer service 800 number. Called them, they said cant use bank info, only debit card. Explained that most banks limit debit purchase and $2600 payment would surely decline. Rep told me to call my bank and have pre-auth in that amount, told her "ok, ill call right back". Called bank, called 800 money tree back. They said too late by 2mins they already processed my high rate payment for the month.
