  These people are horrible. They wouldn't Cash my check just because I signed the back of it before I went inside. 0 stars.

  I never have a problem with any of the young lady’s at this location they are super professional and friendly, unfortunately I can not say the same about Alex, last time I came in he seemed as if he was under the influence of some sort twitching, moving erratically, scratching his face. My daughter even stated he was acting funny. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Today I came in and I knew as I walked in the minute I saw Alex he was going to give me a problem, sure enough he refused to provide me with services. I stated I will go to a different location Since he always give me problems. Alex looks like a drug addict and I don’t feel safe he has access to all my personal information. Please check cameras to validate my experience and hopefully better training on professionalism would much be appreciated. Thank You!

  If you have the misfortune of deal with this person be prepared to have a bad day her name is Adriana and it claims to be the Manager of this place She is Not only Rude as hell she is and ignorant unprofessional uneducated person and don’t expect to fix anything any situation with her not worth it just visit a different branch.

  I take issue with those who say these folks aren't friendly, as I couldn't disagree more! For years I have used over 5 locations around the Reno metro area and have NEVER had less than the most courteous and professional service!
