  I want to say thank you to Melissa for making my experience extremely comfortable. Friendly, with a great personality & her customer service was marvelous. At first I had my doubts on this place due to the last person who helped me, but she changed my mind. & I'd like to say I appreciate the help. & hope you get a promotion & a raise. They need more people like you. Also appreciate the assistant manager she was friendly as well.

  This lady Ingrid has the worst attitude. All I did was ask her a few basic question about the process and she didn’t know a thing. She was so rude and snappy when she was answering me. Like it’s only 8pm not 9 your still on the clock boo. Act like it. Anyway. I was in a bind and had to go to this location. Don’t care how close it is to my house. I won’t be back

  This is my favorite money tree store. I usually send money to my relatives here. The staff is super friendly they guide you through the process. I have had no issue here I would recommend sending money through their app as it is super fast and convenient

  I never had a problem with moneytree I cashed personal and payroll checks here, cashiers name was Melissa. I had gotten a check for house sitting my mom and step dad's house for 5 days. The cashier calls him to verify he gave me the check. Which is okay I knew they were going to do that they did that with my child support check. He didn't answer they left him a voicemail. We end up running into them at the smith's shopping center after I left moneytree. I told him moneytree called him he said he will call moneytree back and to go back over there. I go back to moneytree she said to wait so she can talk to manager again. She comes back and says no they won't be able to cash it because stories and confusion. First off calling and verifying he gave me the check and correct check number should have allowed it to get cashed. Who cares how I got the check as long as you guys knew he gave me the check no problem. And how did Melissa know what number to call him because she never asked me for a phone number to call him. I have never heard such BS. As long as he verified which it was smh. I had to take a drive to another place which she didn't ask me questions all she asked was a phone number to verify he gave me the check he did verify again and it was cashed. Check city is much simpler and don't get all in your business to cash a check.

  Took my son here to cash his first paycheck. He was able to get it cashed in under 10 minutes. They were very nice and professional.

  Threw customer out at 15 minutes before they ckose.. and Google says your open till 9 not 8pm. Fix it
