  My last visit was terrific! Morgan took care of me and she was so pleasant and helpful. I was in a huge bind paying my rent and she made a suggestion that totally worked and I'm so grateful as I was able to pay my rent on time. You should be happy to have such a great employee and use her as an example for others cause she is definitely a people person and knows how to treat people with respect which is rare these days.   I went in to cash my payroll check and the service was excellent. The teller was so nice and professional. I wish I would I could remember her name but she’s the one with the bomb azz nails lol! Love her nails. Anyway wonderful person.

  Being rude is not an option. Horrible Customer Service! The EMPLOYEE: Shalisa needs training for customer service and team leadership. The way she spoke to other co-workers was rude and out of line. As a customer, she was unprofessional and rude as well. She needs to be full aware of when she decides to work for another business, she must always represent that company's brand with full respect for herself, employees, and especially customers. Horrible service will be the reason a company fails and loses business. Offer your "employees" full training, so they can fully understand their roll as an employee. Nobody wants to be treated or talked to in such manners. PSA: If you do not like your job go start your own business or quit, it's that simple but being rude is not an option.

  Came in for a money order today morgan helped me she was amazing. She was very sweet and professional. It always nice to have a friendly person helping you when times are tough especially with what’s going on now.

  If you're in need of a quick loan, this is the place to go. You don't feel judged for having to be there. They don't ask any unnecessary questions like some loan companies do, and their loans are much larger so you definitely feel like you're worth something. Affordable loans and a professional staff.

  We had a rather sizable escrow check that we wanted cashed. Called the Lake Mead location and spoke with Kris the manager. Based on our conversation I came to the location, he reviewed our check and upon verifying the validity he cashed our check. Process was easy, simple, and the location was spotless. Great staff. If you ever need a check cashing place come here!!!

  Shalisha was my agent today and she was VERY pleasant and professional. I told her the services here are much better and less expensive than Rapid Cash. In the future I will use your services.

  This place has terrible customer service, don't waste your time here. The manager is a complete joke. They don't even deserve one star. Ace Elite is the BEST! Too bad they don't have any of them in Vegas. I spent 2 hours here needed a payday loan for family emergency and these people did not even try to help or work with me. They treated me like a criminal and I am a professional, unbelievable. I better off going to the bank. I went to Rapid Cash & made the switch.
