  Mona and here team were simply incredible. I remember sending her an email after 1a.m. fully expecting not to hear back until the following morning, but was shocked when I received a prompt response within five minutes with an answer to my question. The process went so smoothly and we closed on the house in just over 3 weeks. I would feel comfortable referring anyone and everyone to Mona and her team, they are true professionals!

  All I can say is WOW! Mona and Daniel are awesome at what they do. They were able o write and close the loan in 8 days. We almost lost the house because of WF. Thank You Mona and Dan.

  I was refereed to Mona by a friend. Mona made the process of buying my first home so smooth. I was scared and nervous, but she did everything possible to make me feel confident and she made it happen. She had great communication and always kept me feeling important.   This will be long.. However, if this story doesn't convince you to go with Mona, perhaps you need to learn a lesson just like I did. I'm going to try to put this in a nutshell.. My cousin recommended Mona before I started seriously looking for a house. I forgot about her recommendation in the all the commotion of putting in an offer and went with who my realtor suggested. If only we knew the amount of trouble we were going to have to go through.. It was one thing after another with this lender, I finally got so fed up getting so close to closing realizing we wouldn't close on time that I explained to my family what was going on. Word got back to my cousin and she told me to call Mona. I am so unbelievably glad I did. She literally saved our house for us. We wouldn't be there if it weren't for her. The lender my realtor suggested tried to make us use a loan (USDA) our home wouldn't even qualify for. However, funny thing was they didn't know this! Within 5 minutes of talking to Mona I felt so let down by our lender... Mona was so incredibly knowledgeable. It blew my mind, I still think she should be a lawyer. I could ask her the world's biggest questions and if she didn't have the answer already, she would find it... Because that is how much her clients mean to her! I ended up calling USDA myself to clarify what Mona was telling me was true. The USDA lady told me my house would not qualify under that type of loan.. I was stunned. They said it would get past the closing table then be denied a few hours later as we were moving in. I also researched this online and found it said this on the website for USDA as well. At this point I had no faith left in that lender. I asked Mona to help me.. I told her how helpless we felt. We didn't think we would be able to get the house. She came in like wonder woman and saved the day. She gave me a list right away of what she needed and got to work. Not only did we close in a short amount of time but saved a ton of money going through Bay Equity. Most importantly, I felt safe in her care. As first time home buyers, our whole situition was a nightmare. I cannot stress this enough... Please don't make the same mistake I did. Mona had no reason to help us as much as she did, she went far beyond the call of duty and I thank God she was there to help. Do yourself a favor and save her info for you, your kids, family, friends, and anyone else you care about. Go through her and I have no doubt you will be well taken care of. I don't even know this woman and I love her. She is my hero. Thank you so much Mona <3
