  I am rating this branch on specifically the fact that they do not have a coin machine for their customers. I brought a small container of assorted coins and was told I would have to count and roll the coins myself and then bring them back to exchange. I was also told that the reason for not having a machine is because the business owners (who are not actually Wells Fargo..?) found it too expensive to maintain. Thought it was all very odd and not customer friendly.

  I have been a Wells Fargo customer for many years. I've had home loans, auto loans, and many interactions through my business with their representatives. I rarely take the time to write reviews other than about restaurants and hotels through Trip Advisor (I've written a few well deserved bad ones). I just wanted to take the time to praise Alexander Kister at the Rogers branch for his exceptional communication and customer service skills. He is without a doubt the most professional representative I have had contact with at any Wells Fargo in the last 25 years.

  Started the day at the Monticello branch to open two minor accounts and a savings account. I called in advance and was not told anything about needing social security cards for the kids. Left to go home and get them and then proceeded to the Rogers branches. They were too busy to open the accounts even though a banker (office right by the door) was sitting with a friend and chit chatting. Now waiting in Maple Grove. Ridiculous customer service. Also—Wells Fargo not having coin machines is unfortunate and another clear display that customer convenience is not a priority.

  Easily the least awful of all the Wells Fargo branches I've had to deal with. There was one employee (sorry, I don't remember their name) who was so amazingly helpful--which raises this rating from 1 star to 3 stars.

  Is not open on Saturdays. They don't answer their phones on weekdays.

  Got rid of drive up tellers. I don't want to get out of my car to have to cash my dang check. Ridiculous that I have to drive to maple grove on a Saturday to go to a branch that has drive up tellers...

  I hate their customer service. Don't ask me what I'm doing over the weekend. Just focus on my transaction. All their small chit chat makes for people waiting in line. It's so frustrating.
