  I haven't been with them for too long (maybe half a year) but I'm loving what I've experienced so far. I mostly dealt with Austin, who was a pleasure to work with. Quick to respond and help with whatever I needed.

  We have been with the team of Jim Aabbatt-Strilich for years! The team has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable! They have taken care of all of our needs and takes time to explain our policies and what/how we can save! Would not recommend anyone else!!!!

  We've had our homeowner's insurance with Abbatt-Strilich Agency since the 1980's, and added our auto insurance later on. We've had friendly service and support through the years, including when a car of ours was involved in an accident and considered a loss. I recommend their services.

  About a few weeks ago I called Jim Aabbatt Strilich office and got connected to Austin Petersen for the first time. I was concerned about my monthly payment being so high and I shared that with Austin. He listened carefully to all my concerns and life situations patiently without any interruption ( I have to admit that at times I over explain and go tangent ). Then, he came up with a solutions ( literally different solutions ) as how I can get discount and save money. Some of the discounts did work but one did not. It was "Drive Safe and Save" program. I did sign up for the program, however since my phone was not compatible, was not able to download the App. So, I will not able to be using this specific discount but that is my problem. In sum, I am very pleased with Austin's customer service skills. Great job Austin!
