  Thank you Mr. Aguilar for all your help. In my case, Mr. Aguilar was very straightforward and was ready to explore different avenues to have the best outcome for my case.   Everyone’s case will be different but just know with my mine I had 9 charges and he got 6 of them dropped. He didn’t stop there he was even able to save me money on infractions I had received. If you wanna a real lawyer that will fight for you and explain to you in layman terms, Moises is your guy. I’ll give you a tip too, BE PATIENT LET THAT MAN WORK HIS MAGIC! Don’t blow him up asking a million questions. Sit down and just wait.

Mr. Aguilar is extremely professional, intelligent, and will fight for you or your loved one through every phase of your/their ordeal. He truly understands the law and the inner workings of the California court system which is incredibly helpful in obtaining the best possible outcome for your case.   First and foremost.. I'll start of by saying Thank You, Thank you, Thank You.. I was facing 6-14 years in prison for 2 felony and 2 misdemeanors that I got while drinking and driving that led to other charges while at the wheel. Moises fought up until the very last minute for ME, as he knew my other crimes began and ended with alcohol. Moises, not the court, recommended a Scram program which not only got me to stop drinking, but get this!!! KEPT ME OUT OF JAIL. Long story short, Moises did such a great job that even the judge was amazed at How Great my deal was. I ended up with 90 days Caltrans and 2 years probation. And we have a 1 year review scheduled with the judge. So if I stay out of trouble, 2 years probation will drop to 1 year probation. With No Felony Charges on my record ‍‍ You are the Definition of A Criminal Attorney!!!!! THANK YOU MO.

  I was very lucky to have found Moises! Since walking in the office and talking with his assistant I felt so welcomed.   Originally, I gave Mr. Aguilar one star. Then Mr. Aguilar called me and discussed my situation at length. He explained the situation right now regarding the pandemic and why services are interrupted at this time. Although he handles state criminal cases, he did discuss my federal issue. I was totally satisfied with my conversation with him. I would recommend him to anyone that has a state criminal issue. Although, I have dealt with a lot attorneys in the past due to the work I did, he instilled confidence in me. Totally satisfied. Five stars for sure.

  I have had the pleasure of working with Moises Aguilar and staff for well over a year. Sadly my son was involved in a criminal case matter. As you can imagine as a single parent it was very scary and emotional. I had never been involved in something like this before. I came across Moises and called his office. He was professional from day 1 educating me on steps to take asking many questions along the way and out for our best interest.
