  100 percent a scam. They will tell you what you want to hear over the phone and seem quite professional, but you will never receive anything in the mail and you will not be entered into the federal student loan forgiveness program. I guarantee that every five star review on here is done by the people who are scamming you. Also, research the ten year student loan forgiveness - only 9 people have actually qualified for this program nationwide since it's inception.
