  Chris Decker was great to work with! There are so many questions your can have in the home buying process and he made it easy to understand. He was avaialble when we needed him or had any questions and continued to keep us in the loop every step of the way. We could not have asked for a better Lender to work with.   Brian Decker and the Modern Lending team were recommended to me by a very close friend of mine. Before making my final decision on choosing Modern Lending, I had reached out to 2 other lending companies to make sure that I did my made every effort to make the best choice for my situation. This being my first home buying experience I had so many questions and reservations especially during Covid. Brian made me feel very comfortable and broke down every question I had about the process via thorough emails, personalized videos and over the phone. As a pilot, I was away during most of the purchasing process and usually in different timezones, Brian and his team made every effort to accommodate me and kept me informed. I am so thankful for how well this process all turned out. I will definitely be going through Modern Lending again in the future!

  Modern Lending rescued us and restored my faith in people. Our previous lender was not doing their job. Modern Lending got our loan through the entire process in 2 weeks, including a holiday weekend. They communicated consistently. Modern Lending understands the process and walks you through every step. They make you feel like you are the only client they have. Modern Lending improved our home buying experience.

  Brian, Chris and the rest of the team (Connie helped with all of the documents) at Modern Lending were fantastic! As a first time homebuyer, I had so many questions about the process and they were always happy to answer. I especially appreciated the videos that I received explaining all the quotes and documents in detail. They always addressed any of my concerns promptly and were able to accommodate my busy schedule as well as having a co-signer from out of state. Overall, I’m very happy that I chose to go with Modern Lending and will be recommending them to anyone who asks for advice on obtaining a mortgage!
